First Get Pre-qualified
To expedite the process it’s best to submit your basic financial information to Wells Fargo Mortgage Lending via email. Upon review of your financial information they will provide you with a written pre-approval called a commitment letter. The down payment and interest rate will be subject to the terms of the commitment letter. A commitment letter is a commitment on the part of the lender to loan you a certain amount of money based on the lender’s requirements and the property being purchased. It’s a powerful tool and you can shop with confidence knowing how much you qualify for.

Once you submit your completed application a Home Mortgage Consultant will contact you within 72 hours to answer any questions you may have. When you are ready Wells Fargo Mortgage Lending will take your complete financial information and proceed with your loan application. Please submit your completed financial package to:
